(Inteview of Three-phase Frequency Converter NS32 )
廿博变频调速器NS32,是廿博公司和韩国技术合作专制于微型减速电机研发的一个单相进/三相出400W以下微型变频器。具有国家专利。在国内市场上属于技术水平。
Nianbo frequency converter NS32 is a product of Nianbo CO and South Korea's technology comunication,which used with micro reducer.It is a micro converter of single-phase in /three-phase out used with motor which power is under 400W . With a national patent. In the domestic market, it's a technical leader.
面板键位的详细说明如下:
1、RUN/STOP为面板启停键。当P02的值设置为0的时候,按一次启动,RUN灯点亮,变频器开始工作;再按一次停止,STOP灯点亮,变频器停止工作。
2、FWD/REV为正反转切换键。按一次转向改变一次,正转时FWD灯点亮,反转时REV灯点亮。
3、DIS为显示切换键。显示在设定工作频率值(F_XX)及实际工作频率值(H_XX)之间切换。ESC键位为退出键,配合FUN键使用。
4、FUN为功能键。当需要查看或改变参数的时候使用。
FUN键的具体使用如下:
1、按FUN键,进入功能设置,显示P00。
2、按▲或▼键,可以选择P00~P18功能项。
3、选择功能项后,按FUN键进入,查看当前功能项的对应参数值xx。
4、按▲或▼来调整设置参数。
5、如果需要保存,按FUN键保存退出;如果不需要保存,按ESC键不保存退出。
其他说明:
1、ON/OFF为变频器的开关键。当调到ON端时,变频器通电;当调到OFF时,变频器断电。
2、当P01的值为1的时候,通过调面板电位器来改变输出的工作频率。
3、启动和停止时的加减速通过P06、P07参数来控制,例:P00=50Hz,P06=10Hz,P07=25Hz,电机启动后5S,电机达到50Hz;停止时,电机经过2S,由50Hz降为0。
常见问题解答:
1、为什么按键位RUN没有反应?
答:请查看P02的值,只有当P02为0的时候,变频调速器的启动/停止才为键盘控制。若需要用键盘控制,可以参考上面的FUN键设置来调整P02的值。
2、为什么用面板电位器无法改变电机的工作频率?
答:请查看P01的值,当P01为1的时候,工作频率的改变才由面板电位器控制。若需要用面板电位器控制,可以参考上面的FUN键设置来调整P01的值。
3、 为什么工作频率上限只能到64.5?
答:默认情况下,工作频率值为65Hz,如果需要可以通过改变P04的值来改变工作频率。
4、 为什么按了RUN键,屏幕显示E?
答:在屏幕显示E的情况下,表示变频器的内在电子元器件已经损坏。

Description of panel keyboard:
1、RUN / STOP button is run_stop_key.When the item of P02 is 0, Press the button for the first time, RUN lamp is lit,the converter starts to work;press for another time, STOP lamp is lit,the converter stops.
2、FWD / REV button is reversing_switch_key.By press once again to change the direction. FWD lamp lights when forward, REV lamp lights when reverse.
3、DIS is the button of display_switch ,which displays the set frequency value (F_XX) and the actual frequency value (H_XX) to switch. ESC is exit key,always use with the FUN key.
4、FUN is function key,used when you need to check or change the items of the P00 to P18.
Use of the FUN key:
1、Press FUN button to enter the function set,show P00.
2、Press ▲ or ▼ key to select P00 ~ P18 functional item.
3、Choose one of them and press FUN to enter, display the item of the function xx.
4、Press ▲ or ▼ to change the parameter.
5、In order to save, press FUN key to save and exit;to not save, press ESC key to exit without saving.
Others:
1、ON/OFF is the power switch key of the converter.when turn to ON,the converter is on; when turn to OFF,the converter is off.
2、 When the item of P01 is 1,panel potentiometer controls the output frequency.
3、The increasing and decling rate of frequency when start and stop are set by P06 and P07 .For example: P00 = 50Hz, P06 = 10Hz, P07 = 25Hz, after the motor starts 5S, the rate increase to 50Hz; when stopped, in 2S, the rate declines from 50Hz to 0.
Q&A:
1、Why press the RUN key and the converter does’nt start?
A:Please check the item of P02.Only when the item of P02 is 0, run/stop of the converter controls by panel keyboard.If you want to control with the keyboard,set the item of P02 with FUN.
2、 Why can’t use the panel potentiometer to change the working frequency?
A: Please check the item of P01.Only when the item of P01 is 1, the change of the frequency is set by panel potentiometer.If you want to control with the panel potentiometer,set the item of P01 with FUN.
3、 Why the working frequency can only set up to 64.5?
A:The item of the max frequency is set by P04,the default item is 65.If you want to change the max working frequency,you can change? the item of P04 with FUN.
4、Why I press the RUN key ,and the screen shows E?
A:While the screen shows E,it means the inside electronic components are broken.
